Refund policy

If kcode is not for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of a charge and we refund it in full. That applies to the first payment and to renewals.

How

Email support@kcode.sh from the address on the account. Paddle issues the refund to the original payment method, usually within a few business days.

After the window

Cancel from the billing portal on your account page. You keep access until the end of the paid period; there is no partial refund for the remainder.
