From the app

/feedback <message> sends your text together with:

• the kcode version and build id,
• the macOS version,
• which Mac and account it came from, when the Mac is signed in.

No transcript or project files are attached automatically. Messages land in a spreadsheet we read; the privacy page describes the data we collect.

By email

Email support with the same details. /version prints the kcode version, and the account page shows the device name for the Mac you are on.

What makes a report useful

• What you did, what you expected, and what happened.
• For a plugin: the output of kcode plugins validate <dir>.
• For a crash or a hang: the time it happened, so we can match it to the logs on your Mac.
